Conference Presentations Published

The LRI 2 project hosted its closing conference “Land Register Interconnection — United in Diversity” on 6th and 7th October 2021 in Madrid at the Colegio de Registradores, Madrid, Spain.

For all those wishing to review or download the presentations delivered by the conference speakers, we are delighted to announce that the presentations are now available at the conference site for viewing.

During the ongoing Covid pandemic the conference “Land Register Interconnection — United in Diversity” served also as the first opportunity for the experts of the partnering countries to to meet face-to-face, and to discuss the possibilities for future collaboration in the upcoming years.

Since the interconnection of registers in the domain of Justice remains a continuous high priority for the European Commission, the project partners of the LRI 2 project will be seeking possibilities to continue the work conducted so far. The outcomes of the project BORIS (Business Ownership Registers Interconnection System) will be monitored for planning further activities. The interconnection service of the Business Ownership Registers is expected to be launced during the first quarter of the year 2022. Based on the outcomes of the BORIS project the project partners of LRI2 will be able to plan future steps for the public launch of the LRI service.
